Privacy policy

Transcendent Creations LLC ("Transcendent Creations", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data this website collects, why, and what choices you have. It applies to this website only — not to any client application we may have developed, each of which carries its own policy.

The short version

This is a static brochure website. There is no account, no contact form and no advertising. We use Plausible, a privacy-friendly analytics service that works without cookies and does not collect or store personal data. Beyond that, we collect no personal data from you unless you choose to email us.

Information we collect

• Nothing you type. The site has no forms, logins or comment fields.
• Email you send us. If you contact us at our published address, we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever is in your message.
• Aggregate usage statistics. We use Plausible Analytics to understand how the site is used — page views, referrer, country, and device type. Plausible uses no cookies, stores no personal identifiers, and does not follow you across other websites; the data we see is aggregate only and cannot be tied to you.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider may automatically record standard technical data when a page is requested — IP address, timestamp, requested file, referring page, browser and operating system — for security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting.

How we use it

Email is used solely to answer you and, if we go on to work together, to carry out the engagement and keep records of it. Aggregate analytics data tells us which pages are read so we can improve the site. Server log data is used to keep the site available and secure. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing, and we do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

Cookies and tracking

We set no advertising cookies, and our analytics (Plausible) works without cookies and without tracking you across sites. Your browser may store a small local preference on this site (for example which page layout you last viewed); it stays on your device, is not transmitted to us, and can be cleared through your browser at any time.

Service providers

Three categories of provider may process data on our behalf: the company that hosts this website, the provider of our business email, and Plausible Insights OÜ, which processes aggregate usage statistics for us. They act on our instructions and may only use the data to deliver their service. If we later add any further tool that collects visitor data, this policy will be updated before it goes live.

How long we keep it

Correspondence is kept as long as needed to answer you and to meet our business and tax record-keeping obligations, then deleted. Hosting logs are retained for a short period according to our provider's standard retention, typically a few weeks. Analytics data is aggregate from the moment of collection and contains no personal information.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and our accounts are protected with strong, unique credentials and multi-factor authentication where available. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive material — credentials, keys, or confidential source code — by unencrypted email; ask us and we will arrange a secure channel.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to opt out of any sale or sharing of it — we do not sell or share personal information. Residents of California, and residents of jurisdictions with comparable laws, may exercise these rights without discrimination. To make a request, email us; we will verify your request and respond within the time your law allows.

Children

This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.

International visitors

We operate from the United States, and data sent to us is processed there. If you contact us from outside the US, you consent to that transfer.

Changes

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. The revised version takes effect when posted here, with the date below updated.
